Anita and Jed were looking to extend their home to create a large living space for them and their two children. Working with Rob Beer from Life Size Architects they developed the plans and approached Fenice Design + Build as part of their competitive tender process.

Having been appointed as the principal contractor we set about bringing their dream space to life.

The project includes:

  • Side and rear double story extension
  • Full refurbishment throughout the house
  • Construction of a new garage for the property
  • New electrical and plumbing throughout the property
  • New kitchen, bathroom and decoration
