Fenice Design + Build worked in collaboration with Life Size Architects to develop a fantastic new rear and side extension for clients , Jane and Joe.

The rear extension has provided a lovely new open plan kitchen living space and the side extension has provided that all important Utility/Boot room for a muddy entrance into the house.

The project includes:

• Demolition of existing side outhouse
• Formation of rear and side single storey extensions
• Under Floor heating to both extension areas
• Plastering and decoration throughout
• Beautiful white wash engineered oak flooring throughout
